Delete your VanizChat account

VanizChat is made by Vaniz Group IT Services Ltd.

In the app

1. Open VanizChat and tap the menu (⋮) → Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email admin@vanizgroup.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on your account. We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile (name, photo, about), phone number, email, username, password, linked Google/Apple/Facebook sign-ins, encryption keys, device list, group and community memberships, and any messages still waiting on our servers.

What is kept

Messages you already sent remain on the devices of the people you sent them to. Chat backups in your own Google Drive stay there until you delete them. We may keep minimal records where the law requires.
